I BELIEVE IN ME: Becoming Healthy in 2013.

My journey of losing 90 for December 2013 I am giving myself a year to lose my long term goal of 90 pounds.
when I graduate from Nursing school on june 7/2013 I want to get down 45 pounds which is my short term goal.
I am going to be breaking up this large number into small goals of roughly 8-10 pounds a month.
including my insipration, daily food and workout blog, and my thoughts, feelings and challenges of the day will be included in this blog. I know that it is going to be a long journey, a journey that will change me and bring with it self descovery and acceptance.

start of December: 224
12/15/12: 218
Current weight: 12/21/12: 217
Total loss: 13 pounds
June goal weight: 185
Ultimate goal weight: 140
