To Do List: May 29/ 2012 

My first day off of work in 6 days… I’m going to make the next two days off all about me and setting myself up for success in the coming days of my 100 day challenge. Because it was garbage today today I threw out all out the unhealthy food in my house and now only have clean healthy foods so that I won’t be tempted…. Next I am making a to do list for tomorrow when I wake up:
Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Take the dogs for a walk.
Workout DVDs according to workout plan.
Clean room.
Send out mail.
Make a eating plan for the rest of the week.
Well I am off to bed… I know that tomorrow is going to go great I can just feel it.

100 day challenge

As of today there is 100days until I am back in school for my last year of nursing school. I am making a challenge to eat healthy and most importantly workout for an hour a day for the next 100days. Can’t wait to see where this journey will take my body, mind and health.
